Xinjiang wirewalker set new Guinness record

Abulaiti Maijun, an acrobat of a Xinjiang acrobatic troupe, was doing his
last Dawazi (in Uygur means high-altitude wire walking) performance
before he succeeded in challenging the Guinness world record of Dawazi
and stayed on the wire for 38 days and survived in a water park in
Urumchi, Xinjiang, Oct. 8, 2005.
