Olympic themed parterres to be completed

The Olympic themed parterre decoration is soon to be completed for the
National Day on Sept. 22. This year, Tiananmen Square will have the first
Olympic themed parterre decoration. Photo shows a 10-meter-high Chinese
Seal, the emblem for the Beijing Olympics in the north of the three
groups of Olympic themed parterres on the east side of Tiananmen Square. .

A worker is cleaning parterres featuring models of weight lifting on
Sept. 22. Tiananmen Square will have the first Olympic themed parterre
decoration this year.
