Ningxia Red Cross delivered love

The starting ceremony of 2006 Red Cross' "delivering love to thousands of
households" was held in Ningxia's Wuzhong City on Jan.17, 2006. With the
approaching Spring Festival, Ningxia Red Cross launched this function to
celebrate a happy and peaceful Chinese New Year with needy people. They
have brought care and warmth to poverty-stricken families, and comforted
widows, orphans, disabled and extremely needy people from various
poverty-stricken mountainous regions in the area.
