Hainan sponsored hotel service skill competition

Contestants participating in the hotel service skill competition in
Hainan's Haikou were busy sculpting dragon decoration with vegetables on
Aug. 30, 2005. About 2,000 contestants from over 60 hotels in Haikou
participated in the initial competition and 146 contestants from over 38
hotels were chosen into the final.
