First-day cover for 40th anniversary of establishment of Tibet Autonomous

In order to match up with the State Post Bureau's issuance of
commemorative stamps (one piece in one set) for the 40th anniversary of
the founding of Tibet Autonomous Region on August 26th, the Beijing Stamp
Printing House have designed and printed first-day covers and stamp
albums for the commemorative stamps and will issue them simultaneously
with the stamps on August 26th. The stamps have a face value of 0.8 yuan.
