www.chinanews.cn 2005-08-11 16:42:35
Mingcui Valley is located at the Ziyang Village in Yichang's Dianjun
District. This Ziyang Dragon's Cave in the valley is home to over 1000
mini "terrace fields." About 50 meters into the cave is a capacious hall
over 300 sqm (3229.3 sq ft). On the west side of the hall is a stalactite
slope which reaches the top of the cave. On the slope are numerous
"terrace fields" which are filled with clear and pure spring. Experts
said that such geological spectacle was a limestone geomorphic wonder
formed by underground water.
