Huge moon cake

In order to create an atmosphere for the Mid-Autumn Festival, a shopping
mall in Henan Province's Xuchang City made a huge moon cake to catch the
eyes of customers on August 16. The moon cake is 80 cm in diameter and 15
cm in height and is patterned with four characters "Long Feng Cheng
Xiang" which means the dragon and phoenix bring prosperity. According to
staff of the mall, the moon cake consumed 27.5 kilos of fruit stuffing
and more than 30 kilos of flour and was roasted for over three hours by
several bakers in turn. It was learned that after a few days the moon
cake would be distributed for staff and another moon cake will be made to
continue the display.
