Disabled people's art performance in Hubei

Henan Disabled People's Art Troupe performed a dance named the "essence
of drums of the Yellow River" on Aug. 9, 2005. The Hubei regional
competition of the sixth China Disabled People's Art Performance was held
at Hubei Theatre. Disabled people's art troupes from Shanghai, Jiangsu,
Shandong, Henan, Anhui, Hunan and Hubei participated in the competition.

2005 Shanghai Book Fair held

The 2005 Shanghai Book Fair being held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center
was flooded with visitors on August 10, 2005. According to statistics,
since its opening, the book fair receives an average of 15,000 visitors
daily.
