Couples practiced gymnastics for pregnant women

Many mothers-to-be and fathers-to-be were practicing gymnastics for
pregnant women together in Suzhou Medical Center for Maternal and
Children's Health on Feb. 18th. It was learned that such gymnastics will
help relax expectant mothers' muscles and joints on waist and pelvis so
as to prevent muscular fatigue and function decline due to weight growth
and change of center of gravity during pregnancy. Moreover, such
gymnastics can not only help these couples get well-prepared for the
delivery but also strengthen their relationship.
