www.chinanews.cn 2006-03-03 14:30:34

58-year-old farmer He Yangjin living in the third commune of Changling
Village, Panlong Town, Rongchang County, Chongqing was learning to ride a
bicycle on the flagging in front of his house with the help of several
children on Mar. 2. After achieving the goal of paving highroads in every
village, the county built nearly 1,000km of one-meter-wide flagged roads
which reach all rural households in the county.
