Portraits of abbots in Qing Dynasty on display

Portraits of abbots in the Qing Dynasty (1616AD-1911AD) were displayed at
the "Ancient Culture Exhibition" being held in Beijing's Tanzhe Temple,
on Aug. 8. In order to celebrate the 1698th anniversary of the temple's
founding, "Tanzhe Temple Ancient Culture Exhibition" was held in Beijing.
This exhibition included display of valuable cultural relics, calligraphy
works, paintings, ancient music of Tanzhe, performance of Zen tea and
praying for blessings.
