A market on Lianyungang City's Haitang Road held the Second Food Festival
and Seafood Cooking Competition in the Xugou Seafood Thoroughfare on July
28. More than 50 booths were set up to cook various types of seafood on
the spot. On that day, nearly 30 cooks participated in the competition,
showing tens of kinds of seafood of Huaiyang Cuisine, Cantonese Cuisine,
Shandong Cuisine, etc.
