During the Spring Festival transportation period this year, rural
children could be frequently spotted with their parents in Hubei's
Yichang Railway Station. It has become a common phenomenon that migrant
workers would bring along their children when going to work in cities.
According to relevant documents of the National Bureau of Statistics,
nearly 20 million rural children have come into cities with their parents.
