First Nicolet Int'l Flute Competition

Flute professor Chen Qiling (L) from Lyon College in France and flute
professor Chen Sanqing from the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing
were playing the flute on Feb. 22, warming up for the first Nicolet
International Flute Competition which will be held in Beijing in April.
The competition is one of the series of international music contests
approved by China's Ministry of Culture. It is of the highest level among
China's international classical music competitions and of the highest
standard among international competitions.
